You're Gunna Hear me Roar !

I have to say that I have had a busy 2 weeks!  But, I have enjoyed it so much.  My boyfriend was on vacation last week and we were able to spend a lot of time together, which was fab-u-lous.  We both work a lot and usually only see each other once a week.  I had so much fun just exploring the city with him.  He has taught me so much about the city and we have learned so much together this past week.  There is always something new and fun to see in NYC!

I have so many excited events coming up! Favorite Jewelry !

I have been very into minimal jewelry lately.  Earrings, ring, watch, and I am out the door!  I have been loving my new Michael Kors watch that Santa got me.  It is the Watch Hunger Stop watch, which means that for every watch bought 100 meals go to those in need.  As of December 2 million meals were delivered around the world.  I find that amazing.  For my earrings I have been wearing these beautiful ones from C.Wonder.  C.Wonder has some amazing jewelry that is so cute and chic and not crazy expensive.  Then for my ring I have just been wearing this gold, chunky one from H&M.  It came in a pack of 3 or 4 and they were all different sizes.  It was a steal at $6.

Black & Beige !

So I wasn't planning to blog today, but I just got home from my brother's football game and had the urge.  I was at Target the other night and saw this top and had to get it.  I thought it was so adorable and kind of out of my comfort zone.  I am not one to wear anything to sheer, but what the hell I am only young once.  I wore it to work yesterday and my coworkers including my boss thought it was cute.  Go me!

Hot Pink & Leather Tassels

I have been loving pink lately!  Hot pink is actually one of my favorite colors.  I have always been one of those girls who wears color.  I was never afraid to wear a bright coral shirt or a yellow skinny jean.  I don't believe in wearing neutrals all the time just sometimes.  Being back to school I have to step my game up in the fashion department, since I do go to fashion school.  I have been stuck in my work rut and it is time to break free.  Working at a bank can sometimes stifle your style, so I need to find some new ways to express myself.    

I recently made this leather tassel necklace to put in my shop and I LOVE it!!

A Day Off

I sometimes love having weekdays off.  The city is busy, but not as busy as it would be if it was the weekend.  I met the BFF for some shopping at Columbus Circle.  I didn't pick up much, just a sweater from H&M.  I also got some goodies for when I start selling my jewelry at school.  If you didn't know I go to FIT.  Every Thursday they have a jewelry fair and I have decided that this year I am going to sell my jewelry.  I do not have all the logistics yet, but when I do I will let y'all know.  

Anywho, it was nice seeing the BFF since it's been like a week and a half.  We were having withdrawal symptoms.  And school starts back up again next week so there goes our shopping dates (haha yea right).  Is anyone else depressed that school starts next week?  I love shopping for school supplies and clothes, the actual school part not so much.  

Well back to today.  We went to Sephora and I swatched the new Hourglass Femme Nude Lip Stylo.  I  have heard some many good things about them I needed to check it out.  I didn't pick any up this trip, but I might have to go back and get the first one.

Since we were out and about I asked Daria to take some pics of me.  I need to get better at posting my outfits.  I ask the boyfriend all the time, but he hates taking pictures for me (I can be very critical of his photography skills).  I am going to have to bribe him pretty soon!
