My Friday Five #10

I know this is going up a little late I am sorry. So let's see what I have been loving this week.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Light - I have had an acne flare up recently and this foundation helps cover them up but at the same time isn't too heavy.

Hourglass Luminous Bronzer - I have been using this all week to warm up my complexion.  It is the perfect shade for me and leaves me with a nice glow.

Armani Eyes to Kill #9 - Gold shades always look great with my blue eyes.  This Eyes to Kill is a nice pale gold that I use all over my lid.

Bite Beauty BB for Lips in Flush - I haven't been using too much lipstick lately so for some color I have been turning to this.  It leaves my lips moisturized and with a bit of color.

Dior Nail Polish in Sunwashed - I am obsessed with this shade of pale yellow.  It has been on my nails all week.  It is perfect for the spring time.  More too come this week.

What have you been loving ??

July Favorites

July has come and gone... weep!  I can't believe the summer is almost over.  Enough of my complaining and onto my July Favorites.

I have been loving my new serum from Estee Lauder(1).  It helps minimize my pores and just leaves my face feeling silky smooth.  For moisturizer I have been using the Firming & Lifting Cream(2) from Algenist.  I actually got this as a 100pt perk from Sephora.  I have had this before and absolutely adored it.  It really moisturizes my face.  As for foundation I have been obsessed with my Estee Lauder Double Wear Light (3).  It gives amazing coverage but, it doesn't feel like I have much on my face.
As we all know I am not really into tanning but, since it is summer I have been using my Too Faced Bronzed & Poreless(4) to give myself and all over sun kissed look.  And for cheeks I have been loving the Becca Blush in Flowerchild(5).  It is a beautiful pinky, coral shade.  For eyes I have ben very minimal.  I have either reached for the NudeStix in Twilight(6) or the Burberry Eyeshadow in Rosewood(7).  They both are easy to work with and require no effort.  And then for mascara I have been using the Too Faced Better Than Sex(8).  And O-M-G is this stuff the bomb dot com.  It makes my lashes look so amazing!  I am actually ready to throw away all my other mascaras (of course not my Armani).  It is that amazing.
For lips I have been really enjoying my Rose Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment(9).  And for some color I have using the Tom Ford Lip Shine in Frolic(10).  It is the perfect light coral shade that is great for everyday wear.  And lastly the new Sally Hansen Gel(11) polish has been on my finger constantly.  I love the shade B Girl.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Light

For my birthday Daria took me to Macy's to get color matched to the Estee Lauder Double Wear Light.  She has it and love, love, loves it so, she wanted me to try it too.  The sales associate matched me to Intensity 1.0, which is a light creamy beige.  It looks a little dark but, once it is sheered out on my face is looks great!  Estee Lauder claims this foundation can be worn for 15 hours and keep your oils at bay.  I can't say I have worn this for more then 15 hours but, I have worn it for 10+ hours and it looks great!  I do use a setting powder (La Mer) when I know I'll be out in the heat all day but, if I am just heading to work I skip it.  My natural shine comes through after 5 or so hours of wear but, nothing to crazy.  I love to use my beauty blender with this foundation.  It gives me an overall even finish and has great coverage.  This has been my go to foundation on crazy hot, humid days.  It stays in place all day.  So if you have oily combo skin like my self I would totally check this out.  It has great coverage like a heavy foundation but, feels light on the skin like a bb cream.

What is your favorite summer foundation ??
