Fresh Sugars VIB Rouge GWP

My Sephora order just arrived a day or so ago and I was so excited to open these goodies.  They were a gift with purchase for VIB Rouges.  If you aren't already signed up for Sephora's Beauty Insider program then you totally should.  I'm not going to see its the best points program around but for Rouges it rocks.  I get shipping for free and my products arrive in 3 days.  And I get emails all the time about special deals like the ones above.  I had to spend $35 and I got some travel size Fresh products.  I'm loving these and I was so excited to try the Sugar Shine Lip Treatment!

What has been your most favorite perk from Sephora ?? Who do you think has the best points program ??

Fall Gloss + Some Fun Bits

I have been a slacker lately.  And I am trying very hard not to be!  I truly am.  So you might just get a few posts back to back to make up for that!

So since it is still technically fall I thought I would share some of my favorite fall glosses with you!  I am more of a gloss girl, but you would never think that when you look at my lipstick collection.  I love darker lips.  I have pretty pigmented lips and pretty pale skin, so a dark lip suits me well.  I also love using a dark lip liner and a little gloss over top.  Jordana makes my favorite liners.  I believe I have every color.  I also love there eye liners.  I just gave myself an idea for an upcoming post!

Now some tidbits... I have recently decided my room needs an update so I am saving up to get some new furniture and some new decor!  I recently made a few trips to Target and got some lovely pieces.  And may I say they have the cutest bar cart ever!! Its only about $60!  I didn't pick it up yet, but who knows I might go back and get it this week.

Recent Target finds

I went to a Sephora VIB Rouge event about a month or so ago and I had a great time!  I brought my bff Joanna with me.  We have known each other for about 20 years now, and that just blows my mind.  She seriously knows pretty much everything about me.  And I don't know what I'd do without her!

I love Aubrey Kinch's blog and her friday freebies!  She has some of the best designs!  And one day down the line a bit I am going to enlist her services to spruce this blog up!

Um this stuff is amazballs!! And I mean it!  I have tried this flavor and I picked up the sea salt caramel the other day and it was just as delish !! I would say run to your nearest supermarket or Walmart/Taregt and get yours now.  It will change your life.  Plus its gluten free and made from all natural products.

So what is your favorite ice cream?? I'd love to hear!!

What an Anarchist!

Lately I have been on a lipstick kick!  And to be honest I'm not really a lipstick person.   I have always been an Urban Decay fan (I have all 3 naked palettes) so when I heard they were coming out with lipsticks and lip liners I had to go check it out!  And of course one came home with me!

I got the shade Anarchy.  And I love love love it!!  The packaging is so sleek and the finish is gorgeous.  The lasting power is great too.  It lasted at least three hours before it started to wear and I was eating within those three hours too.  I give it 2 thumbs up.  I truly am not a lipstick person because I have such dry lips.  Lipstick usually shows all the cracks on my lips and I hate it, but this did not!  The lipsticks are $22 each, which I would say is not too bad.  Urban Decay also came out with 24/7 lip liners to mach the lipsticks.  I picked one up in a different shade, but have yet to use it.  Once I do, I will let you know.

Have you picked any up?  If you do let me know!  I might be going back to get the color Streak.

If My Face is Not Melting...

It can be so hot here that sometimes I don't feel like wearing makeup.  But on the days I do muster up some energy to put it on this would be my go to face.

YSL Touche Eclat Foundation - Love this!! It is a medium coverage foundation which is perfect for the summer.  Plus it doesn't stick my dry patches!  It comes in a great range of colors and lasts through the work day.  I truly love this and reach for it often.

Clarins Splendours Summer Bronzing Compact - I have to say the packaging and design is what drew me to this bronzer!  I have to say Clarins truly has some great designs for their bronzers.  I love just lightly dusting this on my face with a big fluffy brush.  It makes me look sun kissed.

Dior Cheek Creme in Pareo - This is the best creme blush in my opinion.  It is more like a creme to powder, but it is not too powdery.  It gives me the perfect flush and lasts at least half the day.

Chanel Les 4 Ombres in Raffinement  - I love love love Chanel makeup.  It makes me feel so glamourous.  There quads though can be hit or miss.  This one though is a huge hit.  It has beautiful, rich brown shades that make my blue eyes pop.

Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara  - This makes my lashes look like I have falsies on!  And it does not flake or smudge!  That is a huge plus in my book.  It also layers well with other mascaras.

Givenchy Le Rouge in Croisiere Coral  - This is hands down my lipstick for the summer!  I am truly not a huge lipstick person (funny cause I have at least 100 of them) but, I love this lipstick.  The formulation is moisturizing and the packaging is so sleek.

What is your go to summer face???  In other news I became a VIB Rouge today at Sephora.  If you know what that is, then you know it means I spend way to much of my pay check there.  Anywho, I will show you what I picked up soon.  I need to test them out first, so I can let you know how good they are.  But I am thinking I will be heading back for more shades!
