Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation {Review}

I am a little late to the party on this one.  I recently picked up the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation and I am in love.  Now I don't love this as much as my Tom Ford Traceless Perfecting Foundation but, it is up there.  This has a nice satin finish and is more of a medium coverage and you can build it up to a full coverage.  I am shade 3.75 which has a pinky undertone.  This lasts wonderfully on long days (10+ hours) which is always a huge thumbs up for me.  I love to use my beauty blender to apply this especially when I want a more of a full coverage.  When I am looking for a more sheer coverage I love using my Louise Young LY34 to apply it.  And another huge thumbs up about this foundation is the pump.  I love foundations that come with a pump.  It makes everything so much easier.  I think this foundation is great for people with normal to combo skin.  I am not sure how people who have very dry skin or very oily skin would like this.

Have you tried this foundation before ??  What skin type do you have and how does it work for you ??

La Mer Radiant Concealer {Light}

I have truly gone off the deep end.  I purchased a concealer with a price tag of $70.  Yes you read that right.  And why would I spend that much on a concealer?  Because I am a bit cray and I have a makeup addiction.  And to be honest I love my La Mer powder so much I really wanted to try the concealer as well.  I have been testing the La Mer Radiant Concealer out for a few weeks now and I have some thoughts on it.
There are three shades in all and picked up the lightest one.  It comes in a nice pouch with a small brush.  I have used the brush to apply it and I have also used my fingers.  Personally, I like using my fingers.  I am able to warm the product up a bit before applying.  The concealer is a cream to powder finish and it can feel a bit dry if you haven't moisturized properly.  I use the Clarins Eye Balm every morning before applying and this really helps.  It hardly creases which I love and it makes my under eye area look very bright and awake.  I use this mostly on days where I haven't had the best of sleep or when I just feel like I need to look more refreshed.

I wouldn't say it is holy grail status yet but, I do enjoy it the more I use it.  And is that hefty price tag worth it?  To me I am willing to try lots of different items for the sake of beauty and letting you all know how I feel.  But if I wasn't a blogger I would probably say the price tag is crazy and never buy it.

What is your go to concealer at the moment ??

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray

I have always been a girl who washes her hair everyday.  I was also a girl with oily hair growing up.  I couldn't stand not washing it.  But, I started to dye it and my hair got less oily and more manageable.  So, I started to wash it every other day but, I still needed something for that second day hair.  I tried loads of dry shampoos and nothing seemed to do it for me.  I hated how some were sticky or made my hair feel nasty.  Then Youtube introduced me to Oribe's Dry Texturizing Spray and it has bee a god send.  Let me start off by saying it isn't a dry shampoo.  That's probably why I love it so much.  It gets rid of the oils and gives my hair some body.  I also have pretty flat hair and I actually love to use this even on days I wash my hair.  I spray some at the roots and just use my fingers to juzz it up.  And the best I don't even feel the product in my hair.  It doesn't weigh it down and it smells good too.  If you are having a hard time using dry shampoos this might be the route for you!

Have you tried this spray ?? What do you think ??

Anastasia Brow Whiz !

I was never one to fill in my eyebrows until I met Daria. She always fills in her brows and I thought well hey maybe I should try it too.  At first I only used powders and I still do sometimes.  But, recently I was in Sephora and decided it was time to try Anastasia Brow Whiz.  Well I was pleasantly surprised.  I never thought I would like a brow pencil.  I tried one from the drugstore once and hated it.  Since then, I swore I didn't like them.  Well I was so wrong.  This Anastasia lady really knows what she is doing.  My brows have never looked better!  And that makes me a happy girl.  The brows frame the face and when they look good the rest of my face looks good. I truly believe this will be on my repurchase list once it's finished.  I love it that much!  This pencil has a nice waxy consistency and a thin pencil that makes it really easy to fill in your brows.  This comes in an array of shades.  I picked up Ash Blonde and it is perfect for my brows.  If I ever dye my hair darker I will totally pick up a darker shade.  And what I love the most about this is the spooly on the opposite end.  It tames my brows.  I give this product two thumbs up and would recommend to anyone looking for a new brow product.

What is your favorite brow product ?? Have you tried this pencil ??
